Chuck season 1, aired in 2007-08

Chuck works at a big box store fixing computers, and tries to escape from the birthday party his sister throws for him. His life changes dramatically when his old college buddy sends him an email that contains all the secrets of the CIA and the FBI. Because the computer those secrets were on was destroyed, those organizations must now rely on Chuck. He now has a CIA handler and an FBI handler who look after him and take him on missions — but he’s still a regular guy at heart.

The premise is wildly implausible, but if you accept it you’ll be treated to a delightful show. It’s very funny — and it has Adam Baldwin.
