Murdoch Mysteries (season 6)
{5/5} “I wouldn’t put much truck into what that Mr. Briggs told you. He isn’t quite the full tin of biscuits.”
Murdoch Mysteries season 6, aired in 2013
Darcy refuses to grant Julia a divorce — Julia and William decide to wait. George kisses Emily in a moment when he thinks they might not survive. Meanwhile, there are a few murders in Toronto that need solving. When an airplane crashes and kills someone Murdoch traces it back to his old acquaintance James Pendrick. When a politician dies at Queen’s Park all signs point to a ghost as the killer. Inspector Brackenreid visits a prison where an old army friend has apparently committed suicide.
The show seamlessly switched to a new network.
The season is brilliant, with a gripping final 2 episodes.
Murdoch meets Winston Churchill. He also meets a man who claims to be Sherlock Holmes.
I previously reviewed season 5.
