Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (season 2)

{5/5} “I feel like you know everything about me, Zoey. And there’s a piece of you that I can’t know. Or that you won’t let me know.”

Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist season 2, aired in 2021

Zoey has been mostly keeping to her room for weeks since her father died. On her first day back to work Joan tells her she wants to give her a big promotion — Joan is moving to Singapore and she wants Zoey to manage the 4th floor. Then she finds out that Mo, Max, and Simon have been hanging out. Her powers are back, so she’s fully aware that both Max and Simon want to be with her.

It’s more delightful song and dance routines, and a gripping storyline. The episode where racism at Sprqpoint was discussed was astonishing.

If there are no more seasons, it ends in a beautiful spot. I do hope there will be more seasons, though.

Guest stars include Bernadette Peters and Becca Tobin. Peter Gallagher guest stars as Dad in the 2nd last episode in an astonishing extended flashback.

Stars Kapil Talwalkar, Andrew Leeds, Michael Thomas Grant, and Alice Lee.

I previously reviewed season 1.

Agreed! It took me a little while to get into season two, but I ended up really enjoying it. The final two episodes of the season were really nicely done.

  2. Dave Switzer Says:

This show has been, very sadly, cancelled.
