When Kira and Garak are heading to Cardassia, they disagree on what to do when they receive a distress signal. When section 31 sends a spy to Deep Space Nine, he finds it difficult to complete his mission, like other spies before him. Doctor Pulaski visits a planet to perform surgery only she can do, but she must transfer her consciousness into an android body. Guinan is invaded by a noncorporeal creature, and Captain Picard is forced to make a difficult decision. When Garak is sent on his first mission as an assassin, he finds his victim is not what he expects.

These fairly short stories feature your favourite characters from the 1st and 2nd generation of Star Trek. They were previously published in Star Trek Explorer magazine.
