A Man on the Inside (season 1)

{5/5} “You see, I travel the world looking for great peaches. I’m… I’m part of a peach club.”

A Man on the Inside (season 1), aired in 2024

Charles is retired and his wife has passed away. He sends newspaper clippings that he thinks are interesting to his daughter Emily. She challenges him to find a hobby. He answers a newspaper ad and becomes a mole inside a nursing home. His employer’s client believes that a nursing home employee has stolen a valuable necklace.

It’s about friendship, a new stage in life, and doing something you haven’t done before.

It’s very funny.

Whether or not it continues for another season, the ending is beautiful.

Stars Ted Danson, Sally Struthers, and Veronica Cartwright.

Created by Michael Schur (The Good Place).
