Suburgatory (season 1)
{4.5/5} “The next morning we didn’t speak much. Instead Dad and I expressed our feelings through passive-agressive reference books.”
Suburgatory season 1, aired in 2011-12
George moves his family, he and his daughter Tessa, from Manhattan to the suburbs. Tessa doesn’t like it at first but it grows on her. She works on the school newspaper with Malik, and hangs out with uncool-but-cool-to-her Lisa from across the street. George is an architect and he befriends Dallas, whose husband is rarely home. When George and Tessa want to do a scary Halloween, they have to fight the neighbourhood association.
