{4.5/5} “‘Do you want it done cheap or do you want it done right?’ ‘Do people come to your work and try to low-ball you?'” — Emma & Amy, talking about acting as contractors for Angie
Single Parents season 2, aired in 2019-20
Aside from Miggy’s baby, the kids are all away for the summer. Angie and Will make a list of fun things to do, but then Angie spends an entire month working on an email to her ex. Douglas has a heart attack in the middle of his date with Poppy. Will is heartbroken he can’t be room parent again for grade 2 and somehow it falls to Douglas. When Angie has a fire at her house, she and Graham go live with Douglas.
This is the last season. The ending might not be completely satisfying, but at least you can see where they were going to go.
Guest stars include Regis Philbin, in his very last TV appearance. His daughter is one of the creators of the show.
Stars Kimrie Lewis and Jake Choi.
I previously reviewed season 1.
