Calabogie & Luskville Falls
I spent a week in Calabogie, which is not too far from Ottawa. I spent 4 days hiking on the nearby trails, part of the Manitou Mountain trail system. I also went hiking with my friend James on the Luskville Falls trail in Gatineau Park. Here are the trails in order: Red Arrow Rock Lookout […]
The presidential debate
Like 4 years ago, I didn’t watch the debate. But I read enough to understand what happened. No one should have to watch a debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. It’s ridiculous to pretend that it’s a reasonable activity. One of them is a debater, and the other is a bull in a china […]
Trump vs. democracy
Americans, one man is ruining your country — you need to pull it together to defeat him. Every single sane person needs to be doing everything in their power to stop Donald Trump. You must do everything you can to call out and resist voter suppression, voter intimidation, and other tactics. If your Congress representatives […]
Fighting the Supreme Court nomination
Ruth Bader Ginsberg, judge on the US Supreme Court, passed away a few days ago. Donald Trump has already nominated someone to replace her. Despite the fact that in 2016 Barack Obama’s nomination in an election year was blocked by Senate Republicans. The deeply hypocritical Republicans vowed to approve of anyone Trump picked. It’s very […]
Supporting the US post office
Donald Trump has admitted that he is wrecking the post office on purpose so that mail-in ballots can’t be done properly in November. Americans, now is the time to protest — you can’t let this person ruin the election. Remember that although Trump doesn’t back down often, he does occasionally — show him that everyone […]
When do you stop being loyal to your party?
Let’s say you support one party and even though they’ve done a few not-so-great things you’re still supporting them because it’s your party. At what point do you stop being loyal to your party? If you say never, you’re not thinking about it the right way. There must be some point at which you would […]
If you put your faith in Donald Trump
You’ll die. That’s not an exaggeration. Herman Cain put his faith in Donald Trump. He went to the Trump rally, most likely contracted the coronavirus there, and died from it. If that can happen to him, what makes you think it can’t happen to you?

Studio Ghibli movies
Here are all the movies released by Japan’s Studio Ghibli that I’ve seen. Hayao Miyazaki, the most prolific director for the studio by far, also directed Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (4.5/5) prior to the founding of the studio. Castle in the Sky 1986 -> 4/5 My Neighbor Totoro 1988 -> 4/5 Kiki’s […]
