Authors all of whose books I have or will read

Here’s an update to this list. There are a few authors for whom I’ve read all of their books, and a few that I’m very close on or intend to be. Here they are:

    • I’ve read 5 of his 7 novels plus 1 nonfiction book.
    • I’ve reread 2 of them.
  • Isaac Asimov
    • I’ve read 16 of his 17 science fiction novels for adults plus 3 collections.
  • Iain M. Banks
    • I’ve read 3 of his 13 science fiction novels.
  • David Brin
    • I’ve read 12 of his 15 novels.
  • Sue Burke
    • I’ve read 4 of her 5 novels.
  • Melissa Caruso
    • I’ve read 6 of her 7 novels.
  • Becky Chambers
    • I’ve read all 4 of her novels plus 3 novellas.
  • Ted Chiang
    • I’ve read all 2 of his collections. He might not ever publish a novel, but I will read whatever comes.
  • James Clavell
    • I’ve read 5 of his 6 novels.
  • A. C. Crispin
    • I’ve read 11 of her 12 science fiction novels, including all her Star Trek and StarBridge ones.
  • Julie E. Czerneda
    • I’ve read 18 of her 23 novels.
  • James Alan Gardner
    • I’ve read 8 of his 9 novels plus his 2 collections.
    • I’ve reread 4 of them.
  • Guy Gavriel Kay
    • I’ve read 13 of his 15 novels.
  • Ann Leckie
    • I’ve read all 6 of her novels.
  • Ursula K. Le Guin
    • I’ve read 15 of her 21 science fiction and fantasy novels for adults. I’ve also read 4 collections and 1 nonfiction book.
    • I’ve reread 2 of them.
  • Ken Liu
    • I’ve read his 2 collections and will read his novel series one of these days. I also read one anthology that he edited.
  • Vonda N. McIntyre
    • I’ve read 9 of her 14 science fiction novels, including all her Star Trek and Starfarers ones.
  • Walter M. Miller, Jr.
    • I’ve read all 2 of his novels plus 1 collection.
  • Kate Morton
    • I’ve read all 7 of her novels.
  • Jim Munroe
    • I’ve read 4 of his 5 novels.
    • I’ve reread 1 of them.
  • Claire North
    • I’ve read 7 of her 10 novels. She’s also published under other names — I may or may not check out those books.
  • Naomi Novik
    • I’ve read 3 of her 14 novels.
  • Daniel Quinn
    • I’ve read 6 of his 7 novels, plus 1 graphic novel, 1 collection, and 4 nonfiction books.
  • Sean Russell
    • I’ve read 6 of his 9 fantasy novels. He’s also written some historical fiction, which I likely won’t read.
  • Robert J. Sawyer
    • I’ve read all 25 of his novels plus his 2 collections. I also read one anthology that he edited.
    • I’ve reread 2 of them.
  • John Scalzi
    • I’ve read all 17 of his novels.
  • Karl Schroeder
    • I’ve read 10 of his 11 novels plus 1 novella and 1 collection.
  • Joan Slonczewski
    • I’ve read all 7 of her novels.
    • I’ve reread 2 of them.
  • Neal Stephenson
    • I’ve read 8 of his 16 novels plus 2 nonfiction books and 1 novella. I will read all of his novels, no matter how big they are.
  • Vernor Vinge
    • I’ve read 6 of his 8 novels.
    • I’ve reread 1 of them, in order to read the sequel.
  • Jo Walton
    • I’ve read 8 of her 15 novels plus 1 collection.
  • Peter Watts
    • I’ve read 5 of his 6 novels.
    • I’ve reread 1 of them, in order to read the sequels.
  • Connie Willis
    • I’ve read 10 of her 11 solo novels plus 1 collection. She’s also written 3 novels with Cynthia Felice.
  • Robert Charles Wilson
    • I’ve read 18 of his 19 novels plus 1 collection.
    • I’ve reread 1 of them, in order to read the sequels.
