Thaddeus Ross is now President, and Sam Wilson is now Captain America. In Mexico Sam and the Falcon, along with a team, stop a mysterious sale but Sidewinder gets away. Sam’s friend Joaquin has become the Falcon, but he still needs training — he takes him to supersoldier Isaiah Bradley. When they’re invited to the White House, President Ross asks Sam to rebuild the Avengers. He also wants a treaty to deal with the adamantium from the celestial mass in the ocean near Japan.

This movie is a sequel to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Eternals, and The Incredible Hulk, among other things.

It’s about trying to be a better person. It’s about how easily things can go wrong when there’s been a mistake and two countries’ military assets are near each other.

Anthony Mackie, Tim Blake Nelson, Danny Ramirez, and Carl Lumbly reprise their roles from previous adventures.

Harrison Ford takes over the role of Thaddeus Ross from William Hurt.
